The Kinetic Winds was established in August 2017 and is comprised of USC students. Under the tutelage of
Judith Farmer, the ensemble features members from throughout the United States, and one member from
Portugal. The Kinetic Winds has performed a wide range of compositions from many different periods, both
for woodwind quintets and arrangements for string ensembles and full orchestras. Currently, the group is a
finalist in the Chamber Competition at USC.
