Jenkins is Provost’s Professor of Communication, Journalism, Cinematic Arts, and Education at USC and the
former co-director of the Comparative Media Studies Program at MIT. His publications include "Reading in a
Participatory Culture: Remixing Moby-Dick for the English Classroom" and "Spreadable Media: Creating
Meaning and Value in a Networked Culture," among others.
