Laochua is the writer and creator of The Convergence, a graphic novel and motion book app that speaks of human energy and Earth's living soul. She also wrote the screenplay adaptation of the graphic novel which made semi-finals in the 2017 ScreenCraft Science Fiction Screenplay competition and 3rd place for best science fiction script at the 2018 Vail Film Festival.
